Part of the Deutschakademie Team in Wittenbergplatz

In addition to the great teachers of the DeutschAkademie there is a team that performs administrative tasks and customer service , the first contact we had with the academy is in the administration office, is where we get the information concerning all about the courses.

I can say that the customer service department are very efficient and provide us with a clear idea of the services provided by the academy and if we have any further questions they will be very diligent in order to help us.

If you’re out of Germany and want to make the German language course including accommodation, Dhana and Kaja are responsible to help you and give you all the assistance you need to organize the course as well as your stay in Berlin.

When classes begin the first week we always received the visit of Kati, she informs us about the reservations for the following courses, she takes care of the organization of the courses and private courses, also she speaks good Spanish. Finally we find Lilian she is the school principal and  is responsible for the organization and administration of the academy at the Wittenbergplatz
