Ich war im Technikmuseum und es war wunderbar! Nur ein Paar interessantesten Fakten sind unter

1. Seemannkosten gehören zu den wichtigsten Kenntnissen der Seeleute an Bord. Ständig müssen Dinge befestigt und wieder gelöst werden. Seemannknoten haben den Vorteil, dass sie sicher halten und schnell zu öffnen sind. Zu den Grundkenntnissen zählen der Achterknoten, der Kreuznoten und der Palstek. Etwas anspruchsvoller sind der Webleinstek, Stopperstek und der Roringstek. Besuchen haben seht tolle Möglichkeit – versuchen zu machen diese Kosten. Viel Spaß beim Üben!

2. Auch können Sie das Blitzkriegssymbol ansehen. Junkers Ju 87 war dieses Symbol. Der einmotorige Ganzmetall-Tiefdecker Junkers Ju 87 wurde im Zweiten Weltkrieg zum Symbol der deutschen Aggression und zentrales Element der NS-Kriegspropaganda. Die bei einigen Versionen installieren Sirenen erzeugten im Sturzflug ein ohrenbetäubendes Geheul, das die psychologische Wirkung des Angriffs verstärkte.

Now I would like to share with some of my results regarding potential of 3D implementing in Russia

The market for additive manufacturing in Russia is estimated at $ 2.2 billion (2012). Compared to the year 2011, an increase of 28.6%. In 2011, the increase compared to 2010 was 29.4%, and in 2010 – 24.1%. The number of sold 3D printers used in the production is also growing very rapidly. It may be noted that nearly 1.5% of all the installed production 3D printers are in Russia.

Based on materials from lectures in Bremen, the use of additive technology in the oil fields is one of the most promising directions. Interesting to mention that one oil company has already installed 3D printers. If we look on the technical characteristics of the printers models used, we will see that these printers allow to produce details of the size not exceeding the following dimensions (w * d * c): 49cm * 20cm *34,9cm, making it possible to produce a quite limited number of parts.
However, the reviewed company recognizes that the technology definitely has a future, and a special team has been worked to test ideas that can later be used in the Russian context. Currently, scientists agree on the opinion that the creation of metal parts is on top of the curve  proposed by Gartner, and that not all materials which can be used in the production of the additive are sufficiently examined. For example, in September 2014 in the center the detail from graphite was made

1. The transition from from push to pull / This effect is very „logisctics“ and will not be interesting for the ordinary user

2. The production sites become closer to the markets
According to McKinsey Global Institute, additive manufacturing is one of the 12 technologies that could significantly change the existing order of business. The first use of 3DP directly affect the production process.
All authors are unanimous in the fact that, perhaps, some production from China, India and Turkey will be moved directly to markets. .
China nowadays not very effective in terms of production costs. The another trend could be noticed – the outflow of manufacturing facilities from China. For example, Steiff company produces soft toys. This company decided to outsorce production process in China in 2004. However, in 2008 due to quality problems and increased costs Steiff dissolved the contract for the production of toys in China and moved production to Portugal and Tunisia. This company is not an exception: in 2012 Veloscoot (French company which produces electric bicycles) moved its production from China to France; Symingtons (English company which produces food) due to high transport costs and raised salaries in China moved its manufacturing facility in Leeds; In 2014, Apple moved its production to the United States just because of the production costs growth in China
3DP opens up the possibility to companies to take small production facilities directly close to the market. The special team is now working intensively trying to determine the diameter of 3D production sites
In addition to reduction in order fulfillment cycle, increase in flexibility is expected due to decrease of distance to the final consumer. The idea presented in the following figure

3D Printing- myth or reality? Let’s see the real cases

In air and space industry approx. 10,2% of all 3D printers are used

Air and space industry also is a pioneer in the use of additive manufacturing. Companies like GE, Airbus, Rolls-Rouce, Boeing began actively cooperate with the institutions, which develop the science work in the field of additive manufacturing, began to absorb some of the companies that tested the future implementation in the industry.

Aircraft F-18, which is in use for more than 20 years, have 90 parts, manufactured using 3DP, because another way to make the missing parts is not possible. F-35 (a new fighter-bomber) today is already made out of more than 900 parts produced using 3DP.

Airbus is already saves several million dollars annually because this company has replaced some components, which were produced in the usual manner, by components, produced with the help of 3DP. For example, in aircraft were replaced all titanium brackets by brackets manufactured with the help of 3DP, that reduces aircraft weight by 2.5 kg. This weight reduction has led to the fact that the company managed to save 650,000 euros per year, due to the decreased consumed fuel.
Company Kelly Manufacturing Co.  manufactures parts for navigation equipment on board for the aircrafts. Using additive manufacturing helps to decrea lead time of the production of one detail  to three days (decrease by 93%), and leads to the price reduction (minus 5%)

According to Deloitte University research, this sector is the most promising for the development of additive manufacturing

3D Printing – the myth or reality? Let’s sea the real cases

In medicine today approx 16.4% of all manufactured 3D Printers are used. Below are the real examples of implementation
The pharmaceutical industry and medicine in general are among the first who began to use additive manufacturing not only for prototyping, but also to create a finished product. Metal crowns for teeth, hearing aids, prostheses, orthotics, prosthetics funds – all these are made with the help of 3D. Using additive manufacturing has allowed to make, for example, prostheses to people affected by disaster, the most rigged to the anatomy of their bodies.
For example, a team from South America in conjunction with experts from Washington developed a program that lets you create with the help of 3DP mechanical fingers. This fruitful collaboration has allowed parents of five year old boy, born without fingers on his right hand, to help their child. The parents could not afford to buy a prosthesis for $ 10,000 for each finger, and the acquisition does not make sense, because the hand of the child is growing rapidly, and prostheses should to be changes every year. But it became possible for the boy to have fingers thanks to collaboration of scientists who worked on 3DP. As a reselt of this collaboration the boy could capture and hold any item and the price of the 3D printed finger was only $ 150
The company Align technology produces special mouthguard, which are made of a transparent material, invisible to others, and which are used for teeth correction. Such invisible tooth correction means should be worn 20 -22 hours a day, and more than 150 million mouthguards, printed with the help of 3D, were sold since 1997.

Ich war in dieser Show zufällig. Ich habe zwei Eintrittskarten als Geschenk von meiner Arbeit bekommt. Diese Show dauert 1,5 Stunde, während der sehr viele Effekten demonstrieren. Es war und ist einen Mix aus Parodie und Scherzen, Wissenschaft und Geschichte, Musik und Licht, Scharsinn und Stumpfsinn

Es war verrückt, innovative, kreative und markant

Diese Show wird über 25Mln. Zuschauer weltweit besucht. Interessante Fakt ist, dass über 4 Mln allein in Deutschland waren. Wenn Sie diese Show erleben wollen, dann lassen Sie Ihre Vernunft zu Hause und nehmen Sie nur Sinn für Humor

Ich bedaure nicht, dass ich diese Show gesehen hat (es war ein tolles Geschenk!) und ich empfehle diese Show für meine Freunden

Aiwazowski (1817 – 1900)

Ich habe eine große Einzelausstellung von Ivan Aiwazowski besucht, der bekannteste und beliebteste Maler in Rußland war. Seine Kunst umfasst die Theme – demonstriert die Natur in einem bestimmten Moment. In der Ausstellung sind über 100 Gemälde und 50 grafische Arbeiten. In Bezug auf Aiwasowskis Schätzung, er hat circa 6000  Gemälde gemacht. Dia Ausstellung zeigt gleichzeitig vier bedeutendsten  Gemälde: The Rainbow 1873

Zum ersten Mal können Sie die Großformatgemälde „An den Ufen des Kaukasus“ sehen. An der Ausstellung werden auch Modelle von Schiffen, Kompasse, Globen und Teleskope ausgestellt

Die „Dali“ Ausstellung ist am Potsdamer Platz. Ich war da vor 2 Wochen und ich kann sagen, dass diese Ausstellung  wert zu besuchen ist.

Da können Sie 450 Exponaten ansehen. Diese Exponaten sieht mit dem wohlen Einblick im Schaffen aus. „Come into my brain“ ist der Moto vor der Ausstellung, wo Sie eine Möglichkeit haben, um Ihren Dali zu entdecken

Wann Sie Zeit haben, dann empfehle ich Ihnen Zoo zu besuchen. Es ist sehr guten Ort damit die Zeit verbringen. Da können Sie viele Tieren sehen, z.b. grassfressende Tieren als Ziegenbocke, Hirsche, Rehe und andere; Raubtieren als Löwe, Tiger, Leoparden, Luchse und Panther

Also der Zoo ist bekannt für das Affenhaus, wo Sie verschiedene Affe Arten ansehen können.

Für alles ist sehr interessant, wie die Tieren gefüttert werden. Jeden Tag ist es möglich zu sehen, wie Wölfe, Seebären, Elefanten, Seehunde, Schimpansen und/oder Gorillas essen

Auch können Sie Tierpark und Aquarium besuchen

Vor zwei Jahren hatte ich eine interessante Erfahrung. Ich tanzte Hastle. Hastle ist eine lateiamerikanische Tanzrichtung. Können Sie sich an „Dirty Dancing“ mit P.Swayze  erinnern? In dem Film geb es diesen Tanz

Vor ca. einem Monat habe ich durch eine Freundin erfahren, den in der Mall of Berlin Tangounterricht angeboten wird. Darauf habe ich entschieden, dass ich dieses sofort ausprobieren muss

Zum Glück Habe ich sehr einfach einen Partner gefunden und habe jetzt jeden Dienstagg einen Tangounterricht. E sist sehr spannend und ich will mehr und mehr kennenlernen, um besser zu tanzen und mich zur Musik zu bewegen
