Today I had my first German class B1(1). It was great! There were people of all ages from many different countries – Columbia, Thailand, Bulgaria, Russia, Bosnia, Uruguay, and one from the USA, like me! :) We started by reading a few texts in the book and determining the themes, like Arbeit, Familiensituation, Hobbys, Sprachen, etc. and then shared our “themes” with the class to get to know each other. Most of the other students are older than me, but there is one girl named Gabriela who is also an au pair and is my age. I am very excited to get to know everyone and learn more German!
