Help in German!

I want to say " today is my first day in Germany- actually I've only just arrived two hours ago!"
"Heute ist mein ersten Tag in Deutschland- tatsächlich ich habe nur 2 Stunden vor angekommen. "

but I'm pretty sure that's not correct

Nein, so falsch ist es nicht! (No, it´s not so incorrect as you think!)

Korrekt heißt es: ""Heute ist mein ersten Tag in Deutschland- tatsächlich bin ich erst vor 2 Stunden  angekommen."

Das Verb "ankommen" ist ein Verb der Bewegung und braucht daher das "ich bin" im Perfekt. (The verb "ankommen" is a verb of movement and needs in the past form "ich bin".)
Denke bitte an die richtige Satzstellung - im Deutschen stehen viele Wörter nicht so wie in Englisch! (Please pay attention to the correct word order - in german you will find many words on different places than in english!)
